Hypnosis

Need some Music?

As a business in Therapy, you need music, but there is so much choice out there, and some really good quality music, but at sky high prices.

Music could be used for the following as an example:

You can now purchase from me, therapy music that does the same thing, relax your client, but at a much cheaper rate. Why is mine so cheap? Because I create it and I am here to help people, not make a small fortune out of the public who don't know any better.

Click on the list of music available and be aware by clicking on Detail you can hear a 10 second clip of the track that you want to purchase. This makes it so much easier rather than buying blind. At least you have some idea of how good or bad my music creation actually is!

In all honesty, its basic relaxation music, but it does the job but at a much reduced cost to you as a business. All of my music is between 44mins and just over 1 hour long. (time is shown on each product) Plenty of time for your clients to relax and enjoy their treatment.

The Power of Sound: Understanding Background Music for Therapy

The sound of a babbling brook, the gentle strum of a cello, the soft chimes of wind chimes – these are just a few examples of how background music can enhance the therapeutic experience. While a quiet room might seem ideal for introspection, carefully chosen music can offer surprising benefits:

Benefits of Music in Therapy:

  • Relaxation and stress reduction: Calming melodies and slow tempos can ease anxiety and promote a sense of peace. This is especially helpful for individuals with chronic stress or trauma.
  • Emotional expression and exploration: Music can evoke a wide range of emotions, providing an outlet for clients to explore their feelings without words.
  • Enhanced focus and concentration: Certain types of music can improve focus and concentration, particularly during mindfulness exercises or meditation.
  • Increased empathy and connection: Shared musical experiences can build rapport and create a sense of connection between therapist and client.

Remember, music is a powerful tool that can be used to enhance the therapeutic journey. By carefully choosing and using background music, you can create a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
